All sales of digital products and software license keys on FullAplus.in are final. Once a product has been purchased and the license key or download link has been delivered, we cannot offer a refund, return, or exchange.

We encourage customers to review the product descriptions, features, and system requirements carefully before completing a purchase. Placing an order on FullAplus.in signifies your acceptance of this refund policy.

2. Eligibility for a Refund or Replacement

While all sales are final, we will provide a replacement or, if a replacement is not possible, a full refund in the following specific cases:

  • Non-Functional Key: The license key provided is invalid or does not activate the software.
  • Incorrect Product Delivered: You received a product different from the one you ordered (e.g., you purchased the Class 2 software but received the Class 3 software).
  • Corrupt Software File: The software file provided is corrupt and cannot be successfully downloaded or installed after attempts to re-download.

If our support team verifies that the product is indeed faulty and we cannot resolve the issue or provide a functional replacement, we will process a full refund. Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days to your original method of payment.

3. Required Claims Process

To be eligible for a replacement or refund, you must follow this process:

  4. Resolution: If our support team verifies that the product is indeed faulty and we cannot resolve the issue or provide a functional replacement, we will process a full refund to your original method of payment.

4. What This Policy Does Not Cover

To maintain clarity, refunds will not be provided for:

  • Changing your mind after purchase (buyer's remorse).
  • Mistakenly purchasing the wrong product.
  • Your computer or device not meeting the minimum system requirements stated on the product page.
  • Subjective dissatisfaction with the product's content or features.
